Pero Paul, if you are commuting, ride an Ayala/Leveriza bus from EDSA, tapos pababa ka sa Bautista Street.

in this case, dapat sa Ayala ka bumaba...

kung may car, sa Buendia ka tapos diretso lang yun, turn right sa Bautista (this is the street right after passing through South Super)

then the first street is Dayap

haha! basta you can do 1) MRT to Ayala, then Ayala Leveriza Bus, 2) ride Ayala Leveriza all the way from Cubao/Ortigas EDSA

or 3) car and just use Buendia

basta yung Bautista, alam na ng konduktor yun
