Wala pa vertigo unless the infection is deep within, or some ruptured eardrum happened.

Don't know about middle and inner ear infections, but outer ear is obvious, it hurts and sometimes stings.

pa-check mo na pag may pain and throbbing. Baka hindi infection yan pero may nag-bara sa ear. Happened to me when I was little.
