I think it should payoff the mortgages involved in this crisis. There were a lot of loans that were made that shouldn't have been made.

I was in the banking industry for the past 9 years and there was a lot of high pressure sales going on.

We should pay off those mortgages, we should offset. Allow the judges to renegotiate, and use the 700B to offset the difference.
