the good part is: the Singing Neighbor Guy can really SING!

which is fortunate, since you can hear him for *miles*

it's not this guy:

that looks like him!

and sounds a little like him ... but he doesn't sing "Morning's Heeeere...."

and he lives across from me, but not THAT close!
