The problem with our system of Government is that we have invested so much power to the President; positive change only happens if we have
a reformist President.
who has political will. and fortitude. and moral courage. and a support system to help him/her make those reforms
I'd rather erode the power of the Presidency in favor of (1) checks and balances with other co-equal branches, and
(2) wider and deeper people participation in everyday governance.
