UP admin reportedly redacted the University rites to 'discourage' rallyists from 'disrupting' the grad. Why not abolish the whole Univ Grad!
UP grads already declared 'graduates' in the college level (changing of the sablays), already inducted in the UPAA in the college level too.
So essentially, wala na yung mga significant rites sa Univ Grad, kundi makinig sa Summa's valedictory, and sa Keynote Speech ng Univ speaker

jesterinexile, there's a context here. UP admin is skirting the issues of their abuses (i.e. the PGH issue, the BOR saga, etc.)
And wala rin naman akong problem sa redaction, if they plan to simply cut cost. But to do so just to remove a possible platform for students
to air their gripes is really immature!
