All these issues against the election process (i.e. system vulnerability, possible cheating, failure, etc.) are attributed to one thing: a
high level of distrust against the COMELEC. I can't blame those who distrust COMELEC. The institution did not break a limb to cleanse its
name and make itself more credible.
