because upper level executives need to understand the sensitive dynamics of family businesses.

only because they tend to become "slaves" (i.e., utusan)/implementors of the family rather than anything
i think it works bothways, that execs should learn the rules of the game in fam biz and fam biz to acknowlege the expertise of execs
