I wake up every night at 3:30 am, often in a panic that I've forgotten something. I toss for an hour. Sometimes I can shake the panic.

found out my new digital recorder helps me. i tell it the list and then i can forget about it :-)

I have a notepad & pencil in my bedside drawer just so I don;t have to get up when I remember something

gkat and loonyhiker I should do the same. Only this instance I still would have had to get up. needed to print something for the next day
