i know its hard..but it sure do works and help a alot....

it's not bad to pretend sometimes that u r hapi...or pretend u dont feel dat hurt...

try it..and u'll see, positive feeling wil mirror back to u..it's kinda a mind trick...u think of a hapi thought

even u know ur heart bleeds...just think..becoz ur thoughts will divert ur pain into a nuetral feeling..which will lead u step or little

by little in moving forward and letting go of the pain...

just **be positive** think that all is happening bcoz somthings better than that u deserve

**think of happy thoughts** this will help u..i'v tried it

little by little i become ok..the pain fade even so slow, but still God gave me the chance to be happy again..
