Having students keep their own records on a spreadsheet (skills, knowledge, goals, progress, attendance, participation, etc.

Hop Sports is for middle school and above. There are several funding sources here in NC: Panters and healthyNC (I think)

not all PE teachers are equal. I've worked with some really good ones who do a great job. It's the lousy ones that give the rest a bad name.
