the negatives are the maker. i don't know much about them at all. but you get a 2 year warranty. and there is a mail in rebate.

its how the data is stored (ie french or english) it shouldn't matter to you much but it is a pretty easy thing to do prior to use

FAT32 is a an old standard and NTFS is new (better)
