We teach each other in classes that are offered only to integrators, or we sometimes bring in trainers (like for InspireData or MyAccess)

but mostly we learn by doing, and support each other when we have the need to know! We use tutorials & hands-on exploration a lot!

we get to go to tech conferences but I would like to visit more great lessons in action in other systems --someday.

does but we also meet once a month at a consortium ESSDACK with other intergrats to share and teach each other.

I look forward to this time as we all speak the same language

it's not in our district but we take what we learn back to our districts
