根據醫師的建議:不要因為口渴才去喝水,要為了喝水而喝水,而且每次喝水的量至少要300~500cc才能幫助體內新陳代謝,小酌一兩口根本無法解身體的渴,各位,把您的水杯換大一點的吧!
