There is a bike made by Kona that every 2 they sell they send one to Africa w/ a tool kit and teach an African how to repair bikes and
It is a good city/ utility bike
um, yeah........i can't spend that much on a bike
the ones i'm considering are about 200, and that's still more than i originally planned to spend.
what about something used?
thank you for the suggestion, though...
i like new things.
The sign at Bikes LTD says they have Stolen bikes in stock
i don't need something spectacular
lol that sign made me laugh
Those are decent riding bikes
get road tires if you get a mtn type of bike
those big nubby tires suck
and then you can really scoot around
i wish i knew more about bikes
Well it looks like a decent bike..
I just recommend getting a new set of rubber tires if you want to use the bike for some honest about the town riding
which one? there are 2 different bikes. similar, but one's "all-terrain"
they are the same basically
but nothing that you would really notice at that level
are you riding it around town?... maybe once in a while taking to a bike trail?
or are you going to get all hopped up on dope and go screaming down the bluffs?
lol. around town, and the trail between riverside and myrick
yeah get what ever one... and get the road tires
those nubbies suck all your energy out if you are going a few miles on pavement
then maybe i should look at a cheaper bike, if i am going to have to spend extra on tires. and probably a new seat.
well you can ride with the stock stuff the first year
but seriously put it on a sticky note...
umm...herro...i think lizard knows someone that works at a bike shop
do they haz a couple cheap ones there?
and Stolen bike is the name of a bmx company.
and if you buy a bike from anywhere other then a bike shop
please please please bring it to paulie to overhaul
the people that put bikes together at walmart and target and such have no clue what they are doing.
sometimes the fork is on backwards or the brakes are on backwards.
he will make it safe for you to ride.
oh sweet lord...i never even thought about that...
i do remember choi saying he only let certain people touch his bike though...i suppose it's like a car in the sense that a small error
could potentially kill you
for sure. those people are getting paid by the bike so they are putting thrm together really fast.
and most of them have never been a real bike mechanic.
i bet it's a similar scenario with cars....
Perhaps I should bring Paulie the bike I recently stole from my parents...
Old Schwinn from the late 70s
hmmm...i haven't ridden my bike yet. but i don't want to take it anywhere unless i ride it, cuz it took FOREVER to get it in my car
i looked like a complete idiot in te parking lot, struggling to fit my bike in my car
it is currently just sitting pretty in my living room
bought it at goodwill, rode it once...got teh jeep
lol car bike racks are awesome
you can get one for the back pretty cheap these days
what did you get? and you should still have paulie look at it to be safe.
I don't want a broken miranda face.
I have been thinking about canoes..we have to go soon
