已經快一個禮拜了,前幾天真的很像老婆婆一樣直不起腰來. 這兩天到了下午傍晚就比較好了.

剛受傷那一兩天,中西醫都看了. 前天在家躺一整天,發現睡眠療法對我似乎相當有效.:-)

I strained my lower back a few years ago, too..also from sitting for too long (and then played badminton a few days in a row)...

strengthening and stretching back muscles helped me stay away from getting injured the the second time. 久坐真的害死人!
