8 more weeks of occupational therapy to look forward to. What are they doing to you?

Not sure yet, mine is only for two weeks and then I should be able to just do exercises at home for the rest of it.

Or that's what the doctor says, at least.

Good news Learn a lot from the peeps there, lots of exercises, body mechanics and etc etc can help us to stay healthy once we hit the

higher digits. I picture myself at 80, if I make it past 36, hopefully not blowing out my back getting a can out of a cupboard
