its client blah-blah, they had to do that, or else, the loose the "client" tits, err title

coz clients are like this.. it's not the worst case, i think the worse case is when the client said will come in some day but didnt turn up

and keep calling them and they still said will be late for another hour, and still didnt turn up, and it's like a cycle , a waste of time
