yum, sushi!!

several times in my life, in an effort to bring some......... sorry I got interrupted

anyway....... In an effort to bring better understanding of how wonderful and healthy Sushi is. I try to explain as much as I can

without boring people, so here goes

sushi is NOT raw fish. it is rice with something. it can be raw fish but it could also be

cooked fish or cooked vegies. So, those of you who don't think you could handle the raw fish part

don't let that stop you from trying sushi. just order the cooked stuff. How's that?
