1h kung fu + 2h insane eliminator class + cleaning + going out to dinner with wushu peeps + late night karaoke = slept all day today.

got to sleep around 4 this morning, woke up for world cup, fell asleep on the couch.
went to my room to watch some warehouse 13, but I kept falling asleep. gave in and woke up at 8pm lol
insane eliminator class = coach thinking up painful things for us to do.
like throwing a 15lb medicine ball to your partner for 2 min, then squat, jump, throw for 2 min. then sit up, throw med ball, and maybe
squat, push-up, throw med ball. and flipping over the tracker tire. or 2min sprints that is on "coach time" which is really 5min
2min punching/kicking the bag rotations, jumping over things, climbing rope, speed bag, crunches, fireman carry, pulling yourself across...
the room on your back via a rope, and a bunch of crap I can't even explain.
