Twhirl. I just stopped using Twitter regularly, so I just use Twinkle now and then.

WHY is everyone leaving twitter. Twitteriffic is just TOO good. For OS X anyway.

If you have an iPod touch that'll work too. It's basically iPlurk for iPhone *OS*.

I don't have either...

Again, they use the same version. Only the iPhone functions slower because it has EDGE, 3G, HSDPA and Bluetooth to take care of.

Also, some believe the Impreium (or whatever they're called) chips in iPhone 3G are the ones causing some of the problems.
