unhappy to report that my workplace is making us adhere to their computer policy which forbids social networking and other such sites.

they are also making us click "I agree" to a popup window that displays the policy EVERY TIME we sign in. *sigh*

there are actually studies that show that workers are more engaged and do more work if they can social network during the day on these sites
