how professional people in a professional situation assume it's ok to call me Jimmy
latest #20
I'll stop doing that. Sorry.
at least it's not like, Jim Bob, or something.
had a director call him Dougie all the time. When the person is that high up he can call you whatever he wants
That seems very inappropriate. I always make it a point to have people call me Vic instead of Victor, but that is a personal preference,
the best way to handle such people is by throwing stuff off their desk and screaming "Whats my name?"
Then insist that they call you Admiral Cookie Monster.
Make sure you say "What's my name, Bitch"
if it was someone above me, I wouldn't be able to complain much. When it's a salesperson, it pisses me off.
I know I'm young, but for the love of Mischievous Badger Jesus, you're trying to sell me something!
when people I don't know jumps to call me Terrie....this does not endear you to me.
actually hates when anyone calls me that.
I'm ok with Jimmy. Lots of friends and family call me Jimmy. On a work call we're not buddies. You're my bitch and you can't call me Jimmy.
anybody who tries to shorten my name and add a "y" to the end of it is writing their own death sentence.
if Jimbo ever comes up in professional conversations?
