started "Couch to 5K" again today -with my 9yo! We started a few weeks ago, but got thrown off track by vacation/family gatherings.

even if you go out and walk some of it...just doing something that you planned may help you feel better...even mentally

kaltenburg, no, nothing planned, just found a "Couch to 5K" iPod app that's a good fit for me, lets me use my own music & times me

podcasts available that couch you though, and some that provide music at certain beats to match to your running steps and keep u motivated!
