the_doc: I doubt it will work. The gov't has been passing down rules and regulations but they don't have the arm to regulate it.

you know what i do when i receive those scam msgs ? pinadadalhan ko ng at least sampung replies containing yung pinakamalulutong na mura.

They should implement what Singapore is doing. People are required to submit identification to retailers so they can record it.
