Interesting how in West Virginia, the problems with the touch screen voting is always the same. Obama votes jumping to McCain. Never reverse
I watched it happen 4 years ago in Florida. And it wasn't a touch screen problem. I touched the screen for Dem, and it jumped to Rep.
I had to repeat several times (pressing the same general area) before it registered Dem. That's software, not hardware issues
