gak perlu dari awal lagi kan ?? gw gak punya foto copyannya lagi.

ga perlu buat dari awal kayaknya kalo SIM lama belum habis, yg penting ada berita acara kehilangan..

blm abis... masih lama... yg penting KTP gw sama dengan di SIM ya..

Persyaratan SIM hilang atau rusak (PS. 255 PP44/93) a. Sehat jasmani dan rohani dinyatakan dengan SK Dokter b. Laporan Polisi kehilangan SIM

c. Membayar formulir di BII/BRI. d. Mengisi formulir permohonan. e. Melampirkan KTP.

berarti harusnya bisa ya... mdh2an polisinya gak ngeyel..

first you get the card lost letter from the police office where the SIM is loss is in the area,

and then you show the letter to the office that produce the SIM(your SIM data is stored there)

last time you said you lost your ATM card..and now your SIM..OMG

one more thing, try to use the official way,it wont cost more than Rp. 100rb but i dont know, i heard that the cost is rising
