some say the cert is important, but your results doesnt matter. like in uni. i have lecturers telling me employers dont give

a person's initiative/determination is really important when you are at outside work

herself the same q everyday too. they always say its not important but if u r the HR hiring ppl. wud u choose someone with super nice certs

or someone who fail their exams all the time?

i think cert is important to get u started with a job... u dun hav any other stuff to proof your worth

if i not mistaken even spm certs some companies wish to see...
