1 hour. unconditioned room. after 1h of san shou. partner assisted stretching. point is to push past your limit and hold.
since san shou ran late and it took a few mins to change and things, I got to the class late and partnered with coach's son.
serves me right for being a smartass and making fun of his song choices for karaoke. But still... OW
for instance, every time he's helping teach, he pushing my ankle down for dragon stance.
dragon stance is bottom row, 4th from left.
or moving from dragon to bow (top row 3rd from left) he holds a staff so I stay low to the ground.
