I think I have some training videos from apple that I acquired back when I was trying to learn iPhone development.

I'll see if I can dig them up and pass them along. They're about 1 or 2 years old, but the starting out stuff is the same I think.

they actually have a about 50 hours of video on the developer site through itunes so I have lots to watch.
