It used to be worse here. Now you make an appt online and *whoosh* you get right in to write your biggus checkus.

At least in the county I live in right now, we are not required to pass an emission test.

Oh... Emissions tests here cost a lot of money. We have to do that every two years. It's done at private centers (gas stations).

Yeah ... we have private sites that we have to go to as well ... but it's only certain counties that have to do it.

The ones that are closest to the steel mills and all the other industry around here.
