I kinda have mix feelings about that....because it just a easy escape for women to get pay more...by with I meanthis....

I believe working hard and smart is the good way to do things...for equal right I understand...but for equal pay? if you hadnt earn then...

I'm a woman and I should get paid just as much as that man who been working here for years and it only right...i cant agree with that.
