awwww im debating having a special menu while u can still order from the normal one, prices can range from 10 and up for the special menu
Too Slick says
and you can go alone, as two adults, or with your fam not really too picky about that
Too Slick says
something like wall-e or anything family friendly I cant be showing terminator and shit like that
MsHoneyDew says
would never go 2 c wall-e. that was the longest, most boring, kid movie ever
MsHoneyDew says
but yes, i would go 2 the fam night
Godtess says
I think it could work, but it wouldn't fet me--no spouse, kids.
MsHoneyDew says
being a single mom, that would b the closest thing i've had 2 a date in 6 years
Godtess says
I think if it were affordable, family friendly and didn't run too late.
Too Slick says
wonderful yeah I was thinking about 5-7ish and Wall-E was a example it was way too long of a movie lol
Too Slick says
thanks for the input yall I appreciate it so much
MsHoneyDew asks
would u try 2 have this movie nite during the week, or on weekends?
Too Slick says
Fridays at first and if it goes well saturdays and sundays
Godtess says
you know it could work as an early week "affordable family nite out". It's easy to get people out on weekends.
MsHoneyDew says
i was thinking that week nites wouldn't b good b/c kids have homework
Too Slick says
Godtess: yeah exactly what I was thinking. You get a movie for free and a dinner for relatively cheap. the weekends have slowed down
Too Slick says
tremendously so I need something to bring people in
Too Slick says
Lovelady: yeah exactly with school and all that I thought it would be best reserved for the weekend
Godtess says
you could be right. I don't have kids, so forget about homework. I think it is worth a try. Any legal concerns with showing the movie?
MsHoneyDew says
i wouldn't think there would be any legal concerns if the movie was PG
Too Slick says
I dont think so cause Im not charging to show the movie. But i do most def need to make sure about that.
MsHoneyDew thinks
sunday's might b bad b/c that's when i get everything ready for the week....iron school uniforms, etc
Too Slick says
oooh you meant in terms of offending the clients? yeah I gotta keep it PG and below
Too Slick says
If it does well Fridays Ill also expand it to Saturdays, I have mixed feelings about doing it Sundays as well as its when everybody is
Too Slick says
getting ready for the week ahead
Godtess says
If you did a 5-7 Saturday, it would be over in time for an adult only event for the nite.
Too Slick says
Godtess: ooooh that is a really good idea it would be great for those who wanna go on a date or watch something better than a PG
Godtess says
so maybe two shows on Saturday--maybe 30 minutes between shows. If you did a limited menu it would make it easier to serve/prepare.
MsHoneyDew says
that is a good idea www.plurk.com/user/Godte.... they do something like that at universal studios.
MsHoneyDew says
there's 1 price for 2 dinners and a movie
Too Slick says
love it. imma start working on this tonight! thanks so much yall
MsHoneyDew says

Too Slick says
