who could make the change to AT&T on a corporate level so he could have an IPhone? Oh yeah, that would be me!

I still get a UPMC discount on my Verizon piece of crap (25%), so it's hard to move over to AT&T.

it took me maybe 30 minutes in store to pick out phone, accessories, purchase, move old number and activate. Realizing email alone was worth

I've had att/cingular for maybe 5 years. Most of the phone issues came around the time I was supposed to update the hardware.

Or wre in obvious dead zones. No biggie. Doesn't everyone have cell phone issues somewhere? (and everyone hates the carrier they're on?)

actually I loved T-Mobile, been with them at least 11 years. Their handling of the HP iPaq warranty really soured me. Otherwise I was happy.
