I am not sure I will a whole lot of help. I honestly don't remember how I set it up. I know you have to connect your pen to your computer

I followed directions and connected the pen after installing the desktop software as it said and it should ask to register but doesn't

I've contacted support - probably hear tomorrow. Thanks for your help

Have you tried to open livescribe?

that's where I get a message about creating/opening my account which I don't have yet

hmm I am not real sure. I will open up my computer that it is on and see if I can figure anything out
