I was just thinking how interesting it is that someone started this social media/microblog thread and a community is developing around them.

part of Plurk's cool is that, unlike other microblogs, each post is like a forum-thread. It's *much easier* to track & follow conversations.

I am with you Bradtastic. I don't have time to follow every Twitter thread. Takes too long

plurk is going mainstream sooner then twitter

Plurk is really gaining momentum at a rapid pace. Also, for some reason, I find myself wanting to 'plurk' more than i ever wanted to 'tweet'

if you don't want to choose between Twitter & Plurk, get into the Ping.fm beta and update both (Plus Pownce, Facebook, etc. etc.)
