Yes! It's way easier to get warmer when you're too cold, than to get cooler when you're too hot.

a fireplace too. That and a front porch are requirements for houses she lives in eventually someday hopefully
front porches are nice... Back porches/decks are nicer

hahahahaah, actually... that's quite appealing. In my other life, I live in a tent in the wilderness all year long.
