It is pretty simple- you register and then are randomly matched with a secret pal. You can post info about yourself and your SP can read it

Your secret pal then purchases a $15 gift- no more and sends it to you.

Sometimes, people post clues about the SP they have on Twitter now we can also use Plurk to heighten the excitement!
