to know about fandom. once i friend or follow, can i fan? if i fan first, does it get removed if i later friend or follow?

On plurk? As far as I know, fan and follow are the same thing - fan is what it shows to the followed person.

And you're either that or a friend, not both. If you're a fan first, then yes you can later become friends instead.
