do you feel like your blog is too personal? Had a dad blogger shut down by his family. They said his blog was too personal. Thoughts?

I'd like to make mine more personal, but I'd have to block my family first.

it's harder now to be as personal with blogs as more and more people read them; close to home and that know vs say back 2 years ago.

depending on the way you wish to shape people's perception you share or hold back personal information.

anonymity can be immensely liberating. Just look at Strumpete (amandachapel on twitter.)

It only lasts so long. I've milked 3 1/2 years out of it, and I am almost totally NOT inblognito anymore.

I really miss it, though.

if people want to find out more about you, there are many other ways to do it even if you don't blog
