there's a guy on the India team who is awesome. I have no comment about any other members of said team.

the team we had in India flounder badly, but then I never agreed with the notion of outsourcing interface and design

just dumb

but the Indians were largely incompetent in these areas

we would have done better with some design students.

had similar experiences - though part of it was my old company didn't know how to scope, or manage client expectations

we have a guy who makes changes to the number 1 core feature of the site and commits the changes without having passed through all tests

already chastized him about changes to that function not being fully tested 3 times... and he did it again last night

he should get a tattoo with instructions...of course he'd still need to actually look at it.
