But was it liberating? When he talks about the power of letting secrets out, it sounds like catharsis for the person who sends it in

It was liberating when I sent it in, but that evaporated when it was actually printed. Suddenly the secret was...I don't know...weird?

It didn't help that the person it involved thought it was me who sent it in. I lied and said it wasn't.

That was a while ago. Haven't sent one in since.
