我都認為全何形式資助人買樓本身只係為樓市撥火,同推班本來買唔起0既人落坑。到樓市大落時,一係就由呢班人變成負資產,一係就又係由納稅人0既錢為佢地埋單推個二按。
其實我唔明點解政府要資助人買野,我明白住屋係人0既基本需要,但係唔一定要買呀,不如拉高公屋入息上限,等買唔起樓0既人可以住公屋。呢個亦係公屋0既原意呀。不過政府唔會咁做,因為咁會少左人買私樓,地產商一定勁反對。

唔好講首置,而家0既先租後買都係咁。個計畫兩年後實施,再加5年第一批單位賣返俾租客。即係中間成5-7年時間先開始真正買賣。樓市5-7年唔上唔落就好好地,但係你信會唔郁咩?如果大上租金儲落都係唔夠首期,如果大落d人又唔敢買。
係呀,為選票焗兩房借錢俾本來買唔起樓0既人買楬,只會制造更大泡沫,而且一爆起上黎買左夾硬買樓果班活受罪,納稅人亦要為領導人買掌聲付費。最慘係無仇報,呢d屎橋呃完掌聲同選票之後,起碼好幾年後先爆,到時攪出黎0既人都唔知去左邊。
到時除左打小人之外,都冇其他方法懲罰施政者,因為我地冇武器(選票)...
