Lately I have had a few people use my niceness to build and do work for them now mind you.. I am totally at fault here not them

I offer my self to them because I just cant help to see a friend in need. but how do I just say no and do my own thing. sorry

it something you have already committed to or the future when someone mentions something?

you can still be nice without giving all your work away free.

and if you feel bad just saying no, you can always say you have another commitment right now.

I can relate. I did tons of work for a friend at no cost, but the next time she asked for a 'favor' I simply told her...

that I have to prioritize my paying customers. She got the message and paid
