I mean tsukara, don't get me wrong, I use real FDA approved drugs for my treatment, so I'm not saying they're doing the right thing

but it's hard to just be there with a completely incurable illness victim of the vagueries of eating, drinking, alcohol, temperature, etc

and not descend into a 'maybe if I move counter-clockwise 5 times and eat a slug I'll feel better'

one of the worst parts about most auto-immunes is they are *so fucking random*

at least a lot of other diseases you tend to live more firmly in the a -> b world which is a comfort

when a -/-> b your brain gets all sad
