wouldn't want SL to fit on a'phone...SL works on a desktop or laptop computer, it's too distracting for mobiles!

point is world is going mobile. SL was nice idea in 2003 when future looked good for desktops, way things heading, no bright future for SL

the world may be going mobile but you can still only do so much with a small screen. Things just look better on a bigger screen.

I'd much rather watch videos on a desk top or lap top screen than a mobile's screen.

Many people find the noise from mobile 'phones annoying...I'm not so sure that *everyone* thinks they're wonderful

Plenty of ppl like playing computer games on their large TV screens...it's much more fun with a big screen!

Second Life is part of that culture...having 3D escapist fun on a larger screen

what all that matters when the split between what is "mobile" and not becomes irrelevant.

it'll be a while before every single person is plugged into a mobile device...many folks are happier without them

in 5 years people wont have a desktop in the home to play SL, they will have a Smartbook when mobile use & a google tv, SL does not fit

SL is an idea before its time, the technology for SL is not yet available
