Domo in norfolk always serves the greatest sushi. The rolls are always perfect and delicious.
Favorite salmon nigiri in Rochester Hills, MI is at Sumo Sushi - buttery and fabulous... their wasabi is decidedly mild however.
to understand Sushi better. I don't know which sauce is good on which dish so I think I'm missing the boat... so to speak

Yama sushi in Virginia Beach has a cheap lunch special with two rolls, salad, and soup. plus they usually give you a free special roll.

The best sushi I have had in in Maryville, OH, right next to the big Honda plant. They moved it from Tokyo.

my home town of Summerville had one sushi place a couple years back. it didnt last long but it was yummy.
last time i was in royal oak there were maybe 20k people that lived there. glad its grown then!

there aren't any good sushi restaurants in Bucharest, Romania - expensive and not quality. However Budapest and Wien ROCK: fresh and cheap.
I frequented a lot of good ones in NYC, but I moved too far away.
It's never offensive to a chef to ask if they have brown rice, imho... it is, after all, better for you, and, prepared properly, is yummy.
