the fact that iAlja's second hard drive in her iMac seems to have failed. Yes, a month after replacing it. Go Apple :-(

otherwise I love my iMac - it works wonderfully when it's not having a hard drive failure :-)

you have to use suction cups to remove the glass front end in order to access the iMac innards..

changing the hard drive on Mac laptops is generally easy - even on the older one ;-)
