Twitter goes down on days without huge announcements, so it'll be swamped. As for others, I'm not so certain.

plurk has been going down quite a bit lately, I'm convinced plurk and twitter are cousins. Or at least in bed together.

Plurk is generally stable. Both are great services, but to Plurk's credit, they have survived quite the load on way less than Twitter has.
