soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, dried chiles, bouillon, fresh garlic, fresh ginger. i put some soft tofu in, too, so there was protein

same goes for the oyster sauce asparagus. bottled oyster sauce, garlic, ginger, corn starch. fresh asparagus

oh. and i made japanese style yams too. cut into pieces and boil them in dashi with soy and sugar. i like to put mirin, but didn't have any.
